Let's find your dream home

"Matt is a pretty unique one of a kind gifted real estate professional. His approach to things has you feeling at all times that your best interest is his top priority. He is very authentic, very real and will share concerns and reservations about a buyer or a property even it means no deal. He is very detail oriented and thorough."

"Matt is great. He helped me buy my first home and now he is helping me with my next. He is responsive and if you are not familiar with the selling process, he walks you through all of it. Hands down - very trustworthy. I highly recommend him for anyone in the housing market - buying or selling."

"If you’re looking for a realtor who does the work, meaning he researches your area so that he present your home (if you’re selling, which is what I was doing) in a way that makes it interesting to anyone looking to purchase a home. Matt also knows how to select and provide all the right information to get as many views as possible for the home you’re trying to sell. And lastly there was no pressure from Matt for me to do anything over and beyond, which meant everything to me as I was also in the process of buying another home in another state. This was my first time selling property and Matt made it simple, easy and actually fun. Matt followed up, he checked in often, managed the buyers realtor … Matt just did everything right. And here is what you really want to know 🙂. I got way more than my asking price, which is amazing … not a little more but a lot more! 😀 Thank-you Matt"

"Matt is an incredible agent and did great work for us. He both helped us buy and sell our home and did an outstanding job. He is diligent, attentive, and patient. We highly recommend Matt for any of your real estate needs."

"Matt Brown was unquestionably THE BEST realtor we have ever used. Not only did he secure a FULL PRICE OFFER for our house the SAME WEEK it was listed, he continued to work his butt off to market and schedule additional showings for the property after it was under contract. His continued efforts led to a back-up offer significantly ABOVE OUR LIST PRICE. This obviously gave us the upper hand during all post-inspection negotiations. Before we even listed the house, Matt offered great advice on how to best improve and stage it (which eventually lead to a positive write-up in Curbed Atlanta). He referred us to some great contractors and even met several landscapers himself to help us finish our backyard after we had relocated out of state. He later supervised this landscaping project for us and provided regular updates via video (it turned out amazing). Matt even drove over to the house for me one day to check out the house after a bird had hit the window and set off our alarm. Basically, he went above and beyond to make sure our house looked perfect while also helping us monitor its security. He communicated with us constantly and even provided written summaries of every showing. He remembered and followed our every request and was always in a positive, upbeat mood. Simply put, this guy is a worker. And, I completely credit his hard work for the success (both in speed and dollar amount) of the sale of our house."

"Matt worked very hard to allow me to sell my fathers house though I was far away. Because of this I had to trust him, and he proved worthy. From start to closing he guided the process with cheer and did more than I asked. I recommend Matt and if you hire Matt, you will recommend him too."
