"Matt Brown was unquestionably THE BEST realtor we have ever used. Not only did he secure a FULL PRICE OFFER for our house the SAME WEEK it was listed, he continued to work his butt off to market and schedule additional showings for the property after it was under contract. His continued efforts led to a back-up offer significantly ABOVE OUR LIST PRICE. This obviously gave us the upper hand during all post-inspection negotiations.
